Almost every computer has a webcam and lets be honest some times we just need to leave the computer streaming stuff so we can watch it somewhere else.
Hokay lets first open the webcam device to vlc we do this first, so it is easier to change the broadcast protocal later on.
install vlc :
sudo apt-get install vlc1. open vlc
2. Open the capture device
3. go back to the playlist view and right click on the videodevice and choose "Stream..."
4. Streaming options RTSP stream, And add a file name with .mp4 suffix and enable transcoding with mp4 x264
it is important to choose mp4 trasncoding for compatibility for other programs.
